What we collect
Email signup. When you sign up for the monthly Kingston update, we collect your first name, your email address, and the option you choose under “I am…” (Exploring Kingston, Buying in Kingston, or Already own in Kingston).
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.
We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To send you the monthly Kingston update and occasional related emails.
- To tailor what we send based on your “I am…” choice.
- To reply if you contact us.
We don’t sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
Email addresses are stored and sent through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which processes them on our behalf under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email Burgesells@kw.com to unsubscribe, ask what we have on file, or ask us to delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date on this page.
